We will refund 100% of the cost of your tune-up, PLUS 5% of the tune-up cost, or credit it to the repair should your system break down this season AFTER our tune-up with copy of invoice reflecting no outstanding recommendations for equipment repair or replacement and within 120 days of invoice.
“No Lemon” Guarantee
Manufacturers have admitted that 3% of their equipment comes from the factory with some kind of defect. A.J. Perri will guarantee that when the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, should your compressor or heat exchanger fail in the first five years, we will replace it with a brand new current model FREE of charge.
We guarantee that when the equipment we have installed is maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have said and agreed upon. We have promised a temperature variance of no more than plus or minus 3 degrees from your thermostat selection, when tested at the thermostat location, whether heating or cooling your home. If the desired temperatures are not achieved, we will make any modifications, repairs or replacements at no charge to you for a period of one year after installation.

They will clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home and they are drug free. A.J. Perri’s Parts Warranty for Blue Guardian Members
A.J. Perri offers a warranty on all non-maintenance parts it repairs for its Blue Guardian members under the term of the Blue Guardian Agreement. When we replace a part under the Agreement, any subsequent replacements of that part will be completed at no cost for that part, if it needs to be replaced during the term of the Agreement. (Labor will be charged after 1 year.)
