  • Drain (Waste) Line Clearing – 1 year with camera inspection (no warranty on roots).
  • Main Water Line Replacement – Copper Pipe: 1-year labor warranty. PVC or Polyethylene: 1-year labor warranty.
  • Main Sewer Line Replacement – 1-year labor warranty and 10 years stoppage.
  • Main Sewer Line Repair – Lifetime parts, 1-year labor, and 1-year stoppage warranty.

*Guarantee valid through above date only, not to exceed 120 days from service date, with copy of invoice reflecting no outstanding recommendations for equipment repair or replacement and proof of breakdown. A.J. Perri’s Parts Warranty for Blue Guardian Members

A.J. Perri offers a warranty on all non-maintenance parts it repairs for its Blue Guardian members under the term of the Blue Guardian Agreement. When we replace a part under the Agreement, any subsequent replacements of that part will be completed at no cost for that part, if it needs to be replaced during the term of the Agreement. (Labor will be charged after 1 year.)
