What has changed in the last 50 years?

With over 50 years in business, it goes without saying that technology has been a huge impact on A.J. Perri, as it has been for the HVAC industry as a whole.

The company has adopted every technology that has become available over the years including state-of-the-art CRM (customer relationship manager) and dispatching software, drive-cam devices in every vehicle and the use of personal tablets in the field, to name a few.

Technology for customers has also become more intelligent, with smart home systems like Nest Learning Thermostats for ultimate programmability and access when away from home, and LeakSmart which alerts the homeowner on their mobile device when a leak is detected.
