Our specialists have not only been formally educated to repair and maintain home heating and air conditioning systems but stay updated on the latest trade technologies. They also undertake drug testing and are subject to background checks for your added peace of mind.

Christopher C. Farese
Chris has 14 years of experience in the heating and air conditioning industry and has been involved in the installation of almost 700 heating and air conditioning systems. He is extremely knowledgeable in system design, installation, service and load and duct calculations. He is a certified graduate of the Carrier Institute and a 25-year resident of New Jersey. Chris and his wife live in Brick and have three children.

Tim Burke
Tim is a graduate of the Carrier University as well as the Pat McCormick Comfort Specialist workshop and received certification in both. His experience includes design of home heating and air conditioning systems, load duct calculations and equipment selection.

Anthony Lamendola
Anthony has an Associate Degree in HVAC from Mercer County College and owned his own heating and air conditioning business for 10 years. His 30 years of experience includes design of HVAC systems, service and installation of equipment. He has extensive experience in all phases of the business including residential, commercial and marine applications. Anthony is a lifelong resident of New Jersey and is a graduate of the Carrier University, the Pat McCormick Comfort Specialist workshop and is certified in refrigerant handling. He is also a member of the Refrigerant Service Engineers Society.

Albert Perri, Jr.
A partner in A.J. Perri, Albert has 22 years of experience with home heating systems and air conditioners. He specializes in system design and load and duct calculations and is a certified graduate of both the Carrier University and Pat McCormick Comfort Specialist workshop. Albert and his wife have been married for 13 years and have two children.


Dean Margarites
Dean is a longtime resident of Monmouth County and is an expert in heating and cooling load calculations, system design, equipment selection and duct design. Dean has been involved in retailing for over ten years and is married with twin daughters. When he is not helping homeowners select the right heating and air conditioning equipment for their home, Dean enjoys golf and cooking.


John Naiman
John is a life-long resident of Monmouth County. He is an expert in heating and cooling load calculations, system design and equipment selection. John is a dedicated professional and has a personal commitment to providing 100% customer satisfaction on every heating and air conditioning installation. He is a graduate of the University of Florida and lives in Little Silver with his wife Linda and their three children.


Ryan T. Flynn
Ryan has been designing and executing high quality home improvement projects of various types for over ten years.  He has extensive knowledge of home construction and remodeling of all types.  His ability to properly design home heating and air conditioning systems relies on his careful analysis of load duct calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork design.  When Ryan is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters by their backyard koi pond.

Mary Ellen Roff
Mary Ellen is a longtime resident of Monmouth County with over eight years experience in the home improvement industry. Her experience includes design of home heating and air conditioning systems, load calculations and equipment selection. Mary Ellen enjoys helping homeowners select the right comfort system for their homes.
