Air Conditioner/Heat Pump: If the compressor fails on your new air conditioner or heat pump within five (5) years of installation, we will replace the entire outdoor unit absolutely FREE. Ask your A.J. Perri comfort consultant for details.

If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable up to five (5) years after installation, A.J. Perri will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue up to and including removing your new comfort system and refunding 100% of the purchase price.
