Your A.J. Perri Technician will perform a complete 21-step precision tune-up and professional cleaning that should take about 1 hour to complete.

Here is a List of the 21 Individual Operations We will Perform on Your Air Conditioning
  1. Evaporator Coil Camera Inspection (where accessible)
  2. Clean or replace 1” standard filter as needed
  3. Check blower motor for proper amperage draw, voltage and wiring connections
  4. Check condenser motor for proper amperage draw, voltage and wiring connections
  5. Check compressor for proper amperage draw, voltage and wiring connections
  6. Lubricate all motors
  7. Check and level thermostat
  8. Inspect condensate drain (if accessible)
  9. Inspect condenser coil
  1. Confirm proper charge
  2. Inspect safety devices for proper operation
  3. Inspect disconnect for any loose connections
  4. Tighten all electrical wiring
  5. Test/inspect contactors for burned/pitted contacts
  6. Measure temperature difference: supply/return
  7. Check sub-cooling/superheat
  8. Inspect electrical compartment
  9. Test and inspect capacitors
  10. Inspect fan blade
  11. Check all time delays
  12. Inspect service valves
