Our specialists have not only been formally educated to repair and maintain home heating and air conditioning systems but stay updated on the latest trade technologies. They also undertake drug testing and are subject to background checks for your added peace of mind.

	Tim Burke Tim is a graduate of the Carrier University as well as the Pat McCormick Comfort Specialist workshop and received certification in both. His experience includes system design of heating and air conditioning systems, load duct calculations and equipment selection.
	Albert Perri, Jr. A partner in A.J. Perri, Albert has 22 years of experience in the heating and air conditioning business. He specializes in system design and load and duct calculations and is a certified graduate of both the Carrier University and Pat Mc Cormick Comfort Specialist Workshop. Albert and his wife have been married for 13 years and have 2 children.
	Kevin Gulrich Kevin is a graduate of Rutgers University. With several years of home improvement experience, Kevin will accurately calculate the most efficiently sized heating and cooling system for your home. As a specialist in indoor air quality Kevin will help you assist you in selecting the best systems to fit your needs and minimize you energy usage. Kevin is genuinely concerned for his customers and will attentively make the process as painless as possible. Kevin is a lifelong resident of Monmouth County.
	Alex Mancini Alex has 25+ years experience as a Home Improvement Specialist. He is a certified graduate of the Carrier University and Pat McCormick Comfort Specialist Workshop. Alex will assess your home and calculate the proper system to fit your lifestyle. He specializes in designing the most comfortable and efficient system to meet your needs while cutting operating costs.
	Larry Farber Larry is a graduate of Ramapo College. With over 5 years experience in the heating and air conditioning industry, Larry specializes in load duct calculations, system design and equipment selection. Larry takes his customers’ best interests to heart and is happy to educate and guide you through the home comfort equipment selection process.
	Rich Rist Rich is a Certified Pneumatic Specialist. He is highly qualified to size the perfect heating and cooling system to meet all of your comfort and safety needs. Rich has lived in New Jersey for 35 years and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two wonderful daughters.
	Russ Anthony Russ is a graduate of the Pat McCormick Comfort Specialist Workshop, as well as Nexstar Network’s Professional HVAC Training Program. With several years experience and vast knowledge in comfort, indoor air quality and energy usage reduction, Russ will help find the right system for your home. He prides himself on his dedication to customer satisfaction. Russ resides in Monmouth County with his wife Lauren and has 3 children.
	Ted Kaczor Ted has earned certifications and top awards in every field in home improvement sales and consultation for over 21 years. His expertise includes HVAC as well as sun rooms, kitchen remodeling, roofing, siding and windows. Ted's experience and qualifications provide guaranteed satisfaction when it comes to your home comfort needs.
	Adli Alami Adli is a graduate of Trenton State College and has over 8 years experience in the home improvement industry focusing on all aspects of remodeling and construction including designing indoor weather systems. Adli is one of the newest members to the AJ Perri family and is enjoying every minute of his new career. Adli shares AJ Perri's commitment to excellence and customer service, those aspects which make his job very fulfilling and rewarding. Adli looks forward to meeting new home owners in the community every day and assisting them with their home comfort needs.
	James Willoughby James Willoughby has 15± years experience as a Home Improvement/Energy Efficiency specialist. James will assess, calculate and design the proper system to fit your needs. His experience includes system design of heating and air conditioning systems, load duct calculations and equipment selections.
	Robert Melchionne Robert has been trained extensively in the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning industry.  He has been sharing his expertise in all aspects of home improvement for the past 20 years.  Robert’s experience includes in-home consultant specialist, as well as an in-home sales manager.  He has managed and been associated with various products including: Sunrooms, Siding, Windows, Doors and Kitchens to name a few.  Robert's beliefs still hold true; he believes the best way to help a customer is to associate himself with the best customer service company.  One thing Robert tells all new associates who join the A.J. Perri team is "If I could have not joined the A.J. Perri Team, I would NOT have been an sales consultant with any other heating/cooling company; to offer the best, you must be associated with the best."   Robert has four children and presently resides in Ocean County with his wife and twins.
	Michael Jon Bernstein Michael has been working in the home improvement field for more than 35 years.  His experience spans across all trades. Michael’s specialty has been refurbishing 100+ year old homes back to pristine living condition with the most modern amenities. Now, and since 2006, Michael shares his vast experience in the arena of heating and cooling. He takes great pride in his ability to match a complete comfort system to address your concerns considering energy efficiency, home size, and health concerns. Michael is married with two beautiful daughters; he currently resides in Monmouth County.
	Steve Okros Steve has expertise in all phases of residential new construction as a builder and home remodeler.  He has built custom homes and completely remodeled many older homes to perfection. His home improvement career spans over 25 years. Steve takes great pride in helping A.J. Perri clients select the perfect home comfort systems that are best suited for their home and budget.  Steve is an expert in full load calculations to ensure a perfectly sized home comfort system that will perform properly with the highest efficiency possible. Steve’s motto is to treat our clients the way we would want to be treated. Steve and his family are lifelong residents of Monmouth County.
